sh: Fix up max_zone_pfns[] with multiple nodes.
Currently using multiple nodes tramples the ZONE_NORMAL max low pfn, tidy up the logic a bit to get it all working as expected. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
