x86: unify ioremap_32 and _64
Unify the now identical ioremap_32.c and ioremap_64.c into the same ioremap.c file. No code changed. Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de> Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>
