[MTD] remove code associated with !CONFIG_PPC_MERGE
Now that arch/ppc is gone we don't need CONFIG_PPC_MERGE anymore
remove the dead code associated with !CONFIG_PPC_MERGE.
The mtd maps should be using the OF based mechanism.
