[PATCH] USB: usbnet (7/9) module for CDC Ethernet
Makes the CDC Ethernet support live in a separate driver module. This module is a bit special since it exports utility functions that are reused by the the Zaurus and RNDIS drivers, but it's not "core" like usbnet itself.
