2008-10-15cpufreq: remove policy->governor setting in drivers initializationDominik Brodowski
As policy->governor is already set to CPUFREQ_DEFAULT_GOVERNOR in the (always built-in) cpufreq core, we do not need to set it in the drivers. This fixes the sparc64 allmodconfig build failure. The recent irq cleanups for arch/arm/mach-integrator/time.c and drivers/char/mwave/tp3780i.c changed the request_irq() dev_id parameter, but neglected to change the matching free_irq() parameter, thus creating a bug upon irq de-registration. Given that the impetus for the changes is not yet accepted upstream, it is best to revert the irq cleanups. Mostly. Move the xtime write mode seqlock into timer_tick(), so it only surrounds the call to do_timer(). This avoids a deadlock in update_process_times() ... hrtimer_get_softirq_time() which tries to get a read mode seqlock on xtime, thereby preventing booting. This patch moves the rtc_interrupt() prototype to rtc.h and removes the prototypes from C files. It also renames static rtc_interrupt() functions in arch/arm/mach-integrator/time.c and arch/sh64/kernel/time.c to avoid compile problems.
