2008-12-10omap mmc: Remove broken MMC init codeTony Lindgren
Most of the omap1 MMC boards got broken by an earlier patch 138ab9f8321f67c71984ca43222efa71b0a0a0a9. If you look closely, the MMC init funtions are pretty much just stubs. Remove broken init code to make room for cleaner MMC init code. Cc: Pierre Ossman <drzeus-mmc@drzeus.cx> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>

2008-12-10ARM: OMAP: switch to gpio_direction_inputDavid Brownell
More switchover to the cross-platform GPIO interface: use gpio_direction_input(), not an OMAP-specific call. Signed-off-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2008-12-10ARM: OMAP: switch to standard gpio get/set callsDavid Brownell
This patch replaces some legacy OMAP GPIO calls with the "new" (not really, any more!) calls that work on most platforms. The calls addressed by this patch are the simple ones to get and set values ... for code that's in mainline, including the implementations of those calls. Except for the declarations and definitions of those calls, all of these changes were performed by a simple SED script. Plus, a few "if() set() else set()" branches were merged by hand. 2008-08-07[ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/machRussell King
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-08-07[ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h insteadRussell King
Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h. Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h, update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove asm/hardware.h. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-05-22[ARM] 5038/1: ARM: OMAP: Remove tsc2102 references from board-palmte.cTony Lindgren
As noted by Russell King. These depend on tsc210x drivers getting integrated first. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

2008-02-08ARM: OMAP1: Use I2C bus registration helper for omap1Jarkko Nikula
This patch starts using introduced I2C bus registration helper by cleaning up registration currently done in various places and by doing necessary board file modifications. Signed-off-by: Jarkko Nikula <jarkko.nikula@nokia.com> Acked-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2007-09-20ARM: OMAP: Sync board specific files with linux-omapTony Lindgren
This patch syncs omap board specific files with linux-omap tree. Patch consists mostly of driver updates done in linux-omap tree for drivers not yet in mainline kernel. Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2007-09-20ARM: OMAP: Register tsc2102 on Palm Tungsten EAndrzej Zaborowski
Add palmte board config bits for TSC2102 controlled devices. This will enable touchscreen, audio and APM code to report battery level. If there are other boards at some point that use a TSC2102, similar code can be used. Signed-off-by: Andrzej Zaborowski <balrog@zabor.org> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>
2007-09-20ARM: OMAP: Palm Tungsten E board updateAndrzej Zaborowski
General update of the board file for Palm Tungsten E. Registers the platform devices contained in the PDA (ROM chip, keypad, infra-red) and updates the configuration for USB and MMC, whose config values were previously guessed in most cases due to lack of documentation (and now are confirmed by a number of users). Macros for GPIO pins are moved to a file in include/asm-arm/arch-omap. Signed-off-by: Andrzej Zaborowski <balrog@zabor.org> Signed-off-by: Tony Lindgren <tony@atomide.com>

2006-01-13[ARM] 3260/1: remove phys_ram from struct machine_desc (part 2)Nicolas Pitre
Patch from Nicolas Pitre This field is redundent since it must be equal to PHYS_OFFSET anyway. Now that no code uses it anymore, mark it deprecated and remove all initializations from the tree. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <nico@cam.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
