This fixes the positioning of " in MODULE_AUTHOR, which is currently
causing a build failure on latest git with CONFIG_OMAP_MBOX_FWK=m; the
original breakage appears to date from the end of last year in
a5abbbe52b7e89a7633319c5417bd4331f7ac8ed

This patch cleans up omap1 files to sync up with linux-omap tree:
- Remove omap-generic MMC config as it should be defined in board-*.c files
instead of using board-generic.c
- New style I2C board_info from David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net>
- Init section fixes from Dirk Behme <dirk.behme@googlemail.com>

This patch adds a generic mailbox interface for for DSP and IVA
(Image Video Accelerator). This patch itself doesn't contain
any IVA driver.
