This patch cleans up the GTA02 WLAN power control platform device:
- remove misleading /sys/devices/platform/gta02-pm-wlan.0/power_on
Users really wishing to play with reset can just gpio j12=0
- rename gta02_wlan_power to gta02_wlan_reset, because that's what it
truly is
- remove handling of GTA02_CHIP_PWD because
- it's not used, say our schematics
- even if it is, it's sampled long before we could affect it
- move SDIO-specific conversion from "power switch" to "reset
button" logic from gta02_wlan_reset to gta02_s3c_mmc_set_power
- removed mutex protection because we now only have a single user
A note in passing: we can probably do away with gta02_pm_wlan
completely once upstream rfkill adds better support for type-based
control.

rfkill support for the AR6000 driver
This patch adds rfkill support to the AR6000 driver. The driver does
not directly implement an rfkill device but uses the help of a special
platform device, such that the latter can retain rfkill state when the
AR6k driver is removed (e.g., because of suspend).
If an attempt is made to bring the driver up (module load, bind, or
resume) while rfkill is blocking, only the driver's data structures
are initialized, but function activation and most of the rest of the
setup is deferred until the rfkill block is removed.

S3C24xx needs GPIO_TRACK
s3c_gpiolib_getchip for 24xx assumes that, as far as addressing is
concerned, all ports have 32 pins. However, there are two flaws in
this logic:
1) gpiolib only assigns pin number for real pins (with the
exception of gaps added with CONFIG_S3C_GPIO_SPACE), and
2) not all ports have the same number of pins.
This patch makes 24xx use the more generic platform s3c_gpiolib_getchip,
like we do on 6410.

S3C24xx: make GPIOs end at H10
At least on 2410 and 2442, GPIOs don't end at G10 but at H10 or
even J12.
Port J is treated as a special case throughout much of the S3C
code, so I'm not sure what the plan is for it now. However, it
seems safe to include port H.

There's a bug in calculation of IRQ_EINT_BIT introduced on the test
branch for pm changes for s3c by Ben Dooks fixed in this patch.
There's also a bit of a mystery about how wake gets to wake EINT
set of interrupts, I added a couple of lines that make it work for
EINT4+ but not sure what's meant to be there for EINT0-3.
Still, this gets GTA02 resume working again.

This patch carries over the OpenMoko modifications at
include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/spi-gpio.h to
arch/arm/mach-s3c2410/include/mach/spi-gpio.h
Note: board_size and board_info have been removed upstream, but as we
still rely on them we'll just put them back for now. These will need to
be removed (and the corresponding driver changes made, of course) before
this can go upstream.

This pulls the Moko changes to regs-sdi.h that were in
include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410 over to the file at arch/arm/../mach and
deletes the file at include/asm-arm.
Note: we have been using a mix of regs-sdi.h from the two different
locations. The unification of these two files may have some unknown
consequences... keep your eyes open for oddities after applying this.

This "move" is not so much a file move as just carrying over the current
status of the irqs.h file from include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410 to the file
at arch/arm/mach-s3c2410/include/mach. For some reason both files
existed and had become out of sync.
NOTE: Some of these changes look fishy... please check these properly.

This file was moved in the big file move, but some OpenMoko specific
changes did not make it. This patch peels out the relevant bits and
adds them to the gpio.h file in the upstream location.
The only OpenMoko specific change is the definition of gpio_to_irq and
irq_to_gpio. These functions should really be defined in gpio_chip and
asm-generic/gpio.h; this is coming soon, but until then we'll just use
the Moko definitions that we've been using up until now.
This is not strictly correct for the GTA02 case, but it works given
the configuration that's currently in use. This can be fixed (and
should become evident) when the configuration options are cleaned up.

Split the timer pending code out to a seperate per-machine
header so that when compiling for mach-s3c2410 or mach-s3c24a0
we can use the right timer code without having to #ifdef the
timer driver.

Move the PLL calculation code into it's own header
file for re-use with the other plat-s3c24xx based
systems such as the S3C24A0.
Note, we change the name of s3c2410_get_pll to the
more generically named s3c24xx_get_pll as well as
the related defintions.

Split the map.h definitions into common S3C24XX code by
adding arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat/map.h and
altering the machine specific header for the S3C24A0.
As we add a new <plat/map.h> we move the original one
in arch/arm/plat-s3c include directory to be called
map-base.h to distinguish the two files.

Add a pin configuration callback for the s3c24xx SPI driver, as there are
several options depending on the channel and the chip in use.
This is needed as the controller may not have been setup by the initial
bootloader and the fact that the SPI controller gets reset over
suspend/resume into slave mode but the GPIO function registers do not.
