Remove the old common S3C2440 and S3C2442 SoC support from plat-s3c24xx
into mach-s3c2440 now this directory is serving both SoCs.

Move the remaining S3C2442 code into mach-s3c2440 as there is only one
file currently in there and these two SoCs are very similar.

Move the pair of machines in arch/arm/mach-s3c2442 into the mach-s3c2440
directory as the S3C2440 and S3C2442 are very close.

Add a driver to provide DVS for the Simtec Osiris module to reduce
the power consumption whilst idling.
The DVS driver alters the voltage supplied to the ARM core depending
on the frequency it is running at. The driver itself does not do any
of the frequency alteration, which is left up to the cpufreq driver.

The MINI2440 is a chinese made s3c2440 development board with
a large set of peripherals.
This patch provides machine support for almost all the features
of the board.
Since it can come with various "options" fitted, a kernel parameter
is used to specify the lcd size, backlight control and touchscreen.

The following patch and script moves the arch/arm/mach-s3c2410
directory into arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx for the generic core code
and inti arch/arm/mach-s3c{cpu} for the cpu/machine support files
Include directory include/asm-arm/plat-s3c24xx is added for the
core include files.
