2008-10-07[ARM] S3C24XX: Additional include movesBen Dooks
Continue moving the include files into arch/arm Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
2008-10-07[ARM] S3C24XX: Move files out of include/asm-arm/plat-s3c*Ben Dooks
First move of items out of include/asm-arm/plat-s3c* to their new homes under arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat and arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat directories. Note, we have to create a dummy arch/arm/plat-s3c/Makefile to allow us to add arch/arm/plat-s3c/include/plat to the path. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>

2008-08-07[ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/machRussell King
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-08-07[ARM] Remove asm/hardware.h, use asm/arch/hardware.h insteadRussell King
Remove includes of asm/hardware.h in addition to asm/arch/hardware.h. Then, since asm/hardware.h only exists to include asm/arch/hardware.h, update everything to directly include asm/arch/hardware.h and remove asm/hardware.h. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2008-07-15[ARM] S3C24XX: s3c243xx_clock_register() data can be __initdataBen Dooks
Any data being passed to s3c243xx_clock_register() can be marked as __initdata as it is an array of pointers to 'struct clk' that are to be registered on initialisation. The s3c243xx_clock_register function uses this array to register clocks and does not require it to stay around after exit. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
2008-07-03[ARM] ANUBIS: Add i2c device list to Simtec AnubisBen Dooks
Add i2c board info initialiser to setup the list of I2C devices present on an Simtec Anubis. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
2008-07-03[ARM] ANUBIS: Move to using ata_platform driver (libata)Ben Dooks
Change the (as yet unused) IDE bus on the Simtec Anubis board to use pata_platform and thus libata to provide IDE support. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
2008-04-17[ARM] 4986/1: S3C24XX: Simtec machines need UCLK as parent to DCLKBen Dooks
All current Simtec designs source the DCLK outputs from the UPLL. This means the DCLK's parent must be set to UPLL so that anything enabling and disabling an UPLL sourced clock does not shutdown the DCLK due to missing open counts. 2007-07-22[ARM] 4508/1: S3C: Move items to include/asm-arm/plat-s3cBen Dooks
This patch moves items of the s3c24xx support into a new plat-s3c directory for items that use the s3c24xx support but are not directly s3c24xx compatible, such as the s3c2400 and s3c6400. git mv commands: git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/iic.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/iic.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/nand.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/nand.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-iic.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-iic.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-nand.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-nand.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-rtc.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-rtc.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-serial.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-serial.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-timer.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-timer.h git mv include/asm-arm/arch-s3c2410/regs-watchdog.h include/asm-arm/plat-s3c/regs-watchdog.h Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-07-12[ARM] 4469/1: ANUBIS: large page NAND supportBen Dooks
Add support for the partition layour used on the revision B modules which ship with large page NAND flash as default. The differnce between the old and new layouts is that the large page devices use 128KiB blocks, so the initial loader partition now ends at 128KiB boundary pushing the begining of partition 1 up. The rest of the partitions are in the same place as the small page NAND devices. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-07-12[ARM] 4468/2: ANUBIS: Add SM501 device resourcesBen Dooks
Add resources for the SM501 present on the Simtec Anubis board, including the framebuffer and the I2C for DDC. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-07-12[ARM] 4466/1: ANUBIS: Anubis AX88796 supportBen Dooks
This patch adds the resources necessary for the AX88796 driver to attach to the AX88796 network controller fitted on the Simtec Anubis board. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-06-11[ARM] 4445/1: ANUBIS: Fix CPLD registersBen Dooks
Update the ANUBIS register definitions inline with the specs and ensure they are registered correctly. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-04-21[ARM] 4325/1: S3C24XX: remove s3c24xx_boardBen Dooks
Remove the use of struct s3c24xx_board as this is just as easily done by using the platform device registration functions to make the initialisation sequence easier. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-04-21[ARM] 4324/1: S3C24XX: remove clocks from s3c24xx_boardBen Dooks
Remove the clocks from the s3c24xx_board as part of the process of simplifying the initialisation sequence by removing struct s3c24xx_board. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org> Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2007-02-11[ARM] 4157/2: S3C24XX: move arch/arch/mach-s3c2410 into cpu componentsBen Dooks
The following patch and script moves the arch/arm/mach-s3c2410 directory into arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx for the generic core code and inti arch/arm/mach-s3c{cpu} for the cpu/machine support files Include directory include/asm-arm/plat-s3c24xx is added for the core include files.
