Remove the use of struct s3c24xx_board as
this is just as easily done by using the
platform device registration functions to
make the initialisation sequence easier.

Machines in the S3C24XX architectures should not
be including <asm/hardware/iomd.h> as this is not
needed.
Also remove commented out includes
