2008-10-21[ARM] S3C24XX: Split map.h into plat-s3c24xx and mach-s3c2410Ben Dooks
Split the map.h definitions into common S3C24XX code by adding arch/arm/plat-s3c24xx/include/plat/map.h and altering the machine specific header for the S3C24A0.
