This patch includes the asm/mips-boards/prom.h header file into
arch/mips/mips-boards/generic/display.c. This adds the needed
function declarations, and the errors are gone.
Compile-tested using defconfigs for Malta, Atlas and SEAD boards.
Runtime test was successfully performed by booting a Malta 4Kc
board up to the shell prompt.

Aside of being handy for debugging this has never been a particularly
good idea but is now getting in the way of dyntick / tickless kernels
and general cleanups.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
