	The isa_slot_offset variable and its __ISA_IO_base macro is not used anywhere anymore. It does not look like a decent interface per today's standards either. 	- EISA support for non PCI RMs (RM200 and RM400-xxx). 2006-07-10	[PATCH] tty: Remove include of screen_info.h from tty.h	Jon Smirl
	screen_info.h doesn't have anything to do with the tty layer and shouldn't be included by tty.h. This patches removes the include and modifies all users to directly include screen_info.h. struct screen_info is mainly used to communicate with the console drivers in drivers/video/console. Note that this patch touches every arch and I have no way of testing it. If there is a mistake the worst thing that will happen is a compile error. 	Historically plat_mem_setup did the entire platform initialization. This was rather impractical because it meant plat_mem_setup had to get away without any kind of memory allocator. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
