2008-02-13	[XTENSA] Fix makefile to work with binutils-2.18.	Bob Wilson
	When building with binutils-2.18, vmlinux includes .note.gnu.build-id sections that need to be stripped out when building the binary image. 	Removed an unnecessary local copy of zlib (sorry for the add'l traffic). Fixed 'O=' support (thanks to Jan Dittmer for pointing it out). Some minor clean-ups in the make files.
