2006-09-22drm: remove the DRM pci domainDave Airlie
This patch removes the pci_domain from the DRM device structure, and gets it via a macro that either asks the platform or does the alpha special case. jgarzik asked for this to just use the platform magic, but I've no alpha experience and I'd rather not just break it and wait for someone to give out. I've been threatening this for a while, so no point hanging around. This lindents the DRM code which was always really bad in tabbing department. I've also fixed some misnamed files in comments and removed some trailing whitespace. Signed-off-by: Dave Airlie <airlied@linux.ie>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
