This patch adds support for the following saa7134 xc3028 based boards: 132 -> AVerMedia Cardbus TV/Radio (E506R) [1461:f436] 133 -> AVerMedia Hybrid TV/Radio (A16D) [1461:f936] 134 -> Avermedia M115 [1461:a836] 135 -> Compro VideoMate T750 [185b:c900] This is based on a original patch thanks to Markus Rechberger that added xc3028 gpio init code for the above boards. This patch moves saa7134_tuner_callback to saa7134-cards, originally used only by tda8290 DVB-S boards. The callback was made more generic to support other tuners. MD7134 Currently the saa7134 chips only have mute support for the TV input. Cards with mute from external audio muxes are already fine on the other inputs and some recent tuners mute at least the radio on exit. But these mostly hybrid tuners are not fully backward compatible, since they must power down and mute regardless. For some included above, the MD7134 knows several, to switch on mute/automute to the TV input is functional and backward compatible for the applications, except that the tuners with tda9887 always mute on exit. Currently, the only tuner-specific device that allows special configurations is tda9887. However, tea5767 also may require some special configurations (for example, to specify a different Xtal freq). This patch replaces TDA9887_SET_CONFIG by a more generic internal ioctl (TUNER_SET_CONFIG). 2007-09-14V4L/DVB (6144): Fix mux setup for composite sound on AverTV 307Stas Sergeev
Right now the composite sound input doesn't work on AverTV 307 because of the wrong mux setup. The composite sound is routed via an external 4channel multiplexer controlled by GPIO, while the code assumes an internal multiplexer instead. Presumably this was a copy/paste error, and noone have ever tested the functionality. With the attached patch it works properly, which gives me an ability to finally watch the cable TV under linux. Sound recording doesn't work for this card because ACNI and ACPF are not set before snd_card_saa7134_capture_prepare(). As a result timeout occurs. These registers aren't poked because thread never gets wake up signal. ACNI initialization is done in the thread. Sound is muted when capture stops.
