2007-01-30FS_ENET: OF-related fixup for FEC and SCC MAC'sVitaly Bordug
Updated direct resource pass with ioremap call, make it grant proper IRQ mapping, stuff incompatible with the new approach were respectively put under #ifndef CONFIG_PPC_MERGE. It is required so that both ppc and powerpc could utilize fs_enet effectively. 2006-08-19[PATCH] PAL: Support of the fixed PHYVitaly Bordug
This makes it possible for HW PHY-less boards to utilize PAL goodies. Generic routines to connect to fixed PHY are provided, as well as ability to specify software callback that fills up link, speed, etc. information into PHY descriptor (the latter feature not tested so far).
