2008-04-28mm: remove nopageNick Piggin
Nothing in the tree uses nopage any more. Remove support for it in the core mm code and documentation (and a few stray references to it in comments). 2008-02-06vermilion.c: use ALIGN(), not __ALIGN_MASK()Andrew Morton
__ALIGN_MASK() is an internal implementation detail of ALIGN(). Let's not needlessly fatten the interface in this driver. 2008-01-30x86: cpa: move flush to cpaThomas Gleixner
The set_memory_* and set_pages_* family of API's currently requires the callers to do a global tlb flush after the function call; forgetting this is a very nasty deathtrap. This patch moves the global tlb flush into each of the callers Signed-off-by: Arjan van de Ven <arjan@linux.intel.com> Signed-off-by: Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu> Signed-off-by: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>

2007-10-16fbdev: change asm/uaccess.h to linux/uaccess.hKrzysztof Helt
This patch replaces <asm/uaccess.h> with <linux/uaccess.h> after the checkpatch.pl hint. The include of <asm/uaccess.h> is removed if the driver does not use it.
