We need to work on cleaning up the relationship between kobjects, ksets and
ktypes. The removal of 'struct subsystem' is the first step of this,
especially as it is not really needed at all.
Thanks to Kay for fixing the bugs in this patch.

- cluster/sys.c: make needlessly global code static
- dlm/: "extern" declarations for variables belong into header files
(and in this case, they are already in dlmdomain.h)

Node messaging via tcp. Used by the dlm and the file system for point
to point communication between nodes.
