2006-07-11[ARM] Allow Versatile to be built for AB and PBRussell King
If a configuration was chosen to support both the Versatile AB and PB boards, the result would write to registers not available on the PB version of the board. Resolve this by using machine_is_xxx(). Also, for the CLCD, despite how the code looks, both the AB and PB access the same location to control the clock rate - it's just called something different between the two board versions. Invent our own name for this location and use it unconditionally. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
2006-01-13[ARM] Separate VIC (vectored interrupt controller) support from VersatileRussell King
Other machines may wish to make use of the VIC support code, so move it to arch/arm/common. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

Patch from Catalin Marinas The initial IB2 addresses did not depend on the IB2 base. This patch defines them as (VERSATILE_IB2_BASE + offset). Signed-off-by: Catalin Marinas Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
