From 0fd41363e0785247b7c19127318abc8b5eacc86b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Bryan O'Sullivan Date: Fri, 25 Aug 2006 11:24:34 -0700 Subject: IB/ipath: remove stale references to userspace SMA When we first submitted a userspace subnet management agent, it was rejected, so we left it out of the final driver submission. This patch removes a number of vestigial references to it.
