sh: Cleanup IRQ disabling for hardirq handlers.
The generic hardirq layer already takes care of a lot of the appropriate locking and disabling for us, no need to duplicate it in the handlers.. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
