ext4: super.c whitespace cleanup
Cleanup of whitespace and formatting. Initially driven by confusing indents for the ext4_{block,inode}_bitmap() et. al. helper routines, but figured I'd cleanup some other 80-column wrapping and other indenting problems at the same time.
