Move the tps65010 header file from the OMAP arch directory to the
more generic <linux/i2c/...> directory, and remove the spurious
dependency of this driver on OMAP.

This adds an I2C driver for the TPS6501x series of power management chips.
It's used on many OMAP based boards, and this driver has been widely used
in the Linux-OMAP trees over the last year or so.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
