2008-06-10powerpc: Remove arch/ppc and include/asm-ppcPaul Mackerras
All the maintained platforms are now in arch/powerpc, so the old arch/ppc stuff can now go away. 2008-01-21[POWERPC] Separate MPC52xx PSC FIFO registers from rest of PSCJohn Rigby
This is in preparation for the addition of MPC512x PSC support. The main difference in the 512x is in the fifo registers. Signed-off-by: John Rigby <jrigby@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: Grant Likely <grant.likely@secretlab.ca>
2007-10-16[POWERPC] mpc52xx: Update mpc52xx_psc structure with B revision changesSylvain Munaut
On the mpc5200b the ccr register is 32 bits wide while on the mpc5200 it's only 16 bits. It's up to the driver to use the correct format depending on the chip it's running on. The 5200b also offers some more registers & status in AC97 mode. Again, if not running on a 5200b the driver should not use those. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
