Large patch:
- FX bug fixes.
- Polygon mode and edgeflag work properly.
- Clipping works with edgeflag.
- Driver.ReducedPrimitiveChange() callback so drivers
that implement lines & points as triangles can turn culling off
before rendering groups of these primitives.
- Cleaned up feedback & select primitives.
