Added initial multisampling support to glfbdev driver.
Fully implemented glutGameMode, and added vidresize stubs to make
Added support for glutReshapeDisplay to change video mode but not lose
current mesa context.
implementation glut 5 complient.
Fixed many minor bugs
Updated docs
